DT Ralge Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 By default, Councils are allowed solid white line systems in one or both directions if vision is limited to less than 200 metres. If vision is better they can apply for special dispensation (this costs money). I'm not sure whether vision/visibilty on this road is that limited.
