manorboxing Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 Lower manor boxing club are now taking new members for 2015.If you wanna get in shape for summer and keep fit or even work towards competing well the sport to be in is boxing.we do group sessions private 1 to 1 if you dont feel comfortable.we will help with dieting and conditioning. 3 fully qualified coaches am and pro. Is it an open session as such or are they classes / schedules? Thanks you pay £5 when u go in and that lasts you for the week the sessions are coached so you will be in a small group and work on what is been shown so you might do 15 mins footwork then a bag circuit then abs session all depends on whos in and what day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
