You, however, made the claim that you can't be an atheist if you are an agnostic, you have been proved wrong on this..

 

If someone say's to you that they are Agnostic then only an ignoramus with the manners of a warthog would continue to argue the point after being told repeatedly that Agnostic without any other qualification is what they are.

 

Should some other person wish to add an additional qualification to their self description that is entirely up to them.

You can whine about qualifiers all you want (which I suspect you will, now that the rest of your argument has fizzled out), but the words 'atheist' and 'agnostic' are each nouns in their own right, neither is a qualifier, neither alters any qualities or characteristics of the other in any way.

So we are agreed, they are two separate words, independent of one another and each can be used on it's own to describe someones views?

Three threads ago I stated in all innocence with a throwaway remark that I was an Agnostic.

 

Had that been accepted in the same way that I would accept someone telling me that they were a Theist or an Atheist or an Agnostic then no further comment would have been required.

 

But that didn't happen, loads of look at me's with an agenda arrived on the scene, and proceeded to tell me that I wasn't, oh no they knew better than I did what I should be called in terms of this subject.

 

I don't take kindly to instruction from people who I never asked, required nor wanted advice from.

 

But I do love a good row, so here we are.

If I'm gonna have an afterlife and be able to have some choice in what happens after I die, I most certainly will not lighten up about it!

 

Humoring your premise, if it's the God of the bible, it's a no-brainer...

 

Accept the devil's offer, give God the finger, recieve all the wealth, use it for a greater good - people who need it.

 

After this, repent your sins, accept Jesus the lord God as your saviour (as you've already met him during your NDE, you know he exists) and he will forgive you, allowing you into heaven.
