Gazza58
Tough game obviously, but if united can keep the score to owt less than a 2.0 defeat I think they will have done well.

Guest sibon
You just need to stay in the game for the first leg. There is always the danger that Spurs could get three or four and finish the tie off tomorrow. If the Blades can get Spurs back to the Polyclad Arena maybe 1-0 down, they have a great chance. I'm thinking of a fantastic marketing opportunity for Lego. And maybe shirt sponsorship. You can just imagine a Lego Bertie Blade with "I'm a brick" on his shirt. I said brick! It depends which team turns up Gazza, personally I think the opposition will be that much too strong for us. ---------- Post added 20-01-2015 at 22:17 ---------- If the Blades can get Spurs back to the Polyclad Arena maybe 1-0 down, they have a great chance. They proberly will Joe , but if that is the case there's no shame going out to spurs, what you really need to avoid is getting hammered like we did against city which then effects the league performances. Fingers crossed that that won't be the case. What is intriguing me is whether the accrued receipts from this cup run is going to be invested in the team or not. ---------- Post added 20-01-2015 at 22:27 ---------- Is it possible to effect them any worse? I'll leave you to it Gaz ... I'm no match for such wit.
