Please enlighten me as to why I am idiotic, point out what I have said that is wrong and then suggest how I may improve my knowledge.

 

Thank you for saying that you hope I never have to grieve the death of a child, not really relevant when we are discussing the law and sentencing guidelines of a crime. You see, if I was grieving the death of a child I would be unable to think clearly and therefore my judgement would be impaired.

 

I do have a pair, they are nice and wrinkly. They are however increasingly covered in grey hairs They look like Gandalf's balls now.

Some one who names himself after a cheesy puff can criticise my pseudonym all he likes - it's like water off a duck's back.

 

I am not a do gooder at all. I condemn totally what this man did. I do not have much sympathy for him, I do have a lot of sympathy for the family of the girl killed (not murdered). I am all for fair sentencing. This appears to me to be about right. I too wonder why some sentences are so low nd others are high for less reason.

 

You have managed to offend me - not something that is easy to do - by calling me a do gooder.
