tinfoilhat Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 As I braved the weather today our job was made slightly harder because of vehicles abandoned presumed because of the weather. I can understand leaving them on a main road when you live up a steep, untreated side road but some were in the middle of nowhere and others on main roads. So to the latter two groups, how did you get home ? And should I have checked some of these cars to make sure nobody was still in them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
geared Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 There was alot of ice out last nite, even on main roads - people might just have got stuck and left the car where it was. It rained quite heavily in the morning, washing away alot of the salt/grit the roads needed to stay clear so it was kinda inevitable the conditions were going to be bad.
