The Billiards and Exchange Club ? - seems a grand title for a place that catered for those "Victims of a mis-spent Youth' -where was it? Was Charlie Simpson the same person that had the upstairs snooker place on Burgess Street next to the Yorkshireman and was it later called Faulkner's ,or was that somewhere else?
