chalga Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 One of the biggest problems here is the lack of work ethic..........other teams are more prepared to do the dirty work,and are set up to do that,than we are.They are more prepared and willing to out battle us,than we are prepared and willing to out battle them.You have to earn your right to play your football,Weir found that out,and Nigel,it looks like has drilled into these players that they are going to football their way out of this division.............they are not. A few seasons ago there were a few mug teams in this division,where you could almost guarantee 3 points,not any more there aren't,teams are now set up and organised with a game plan and discipline,nobody rolls over and dies,and if you are not prepared to bust a gut as a team as a whole,not just 3 or 4 players,you are going to be found out against 11 men who are prepared to battle out a game for 95 minutes to take a point ,let alone 3.
