Health/Fitness question - How can I gain weight?

Hi. I have been to the gym this morning. first time since last week.

I was trying to watch what I did.

Do you think I should get a programme done. as I still using the same things. ie. cross trainer, stepper. arm curl, leg curl things. etc

I do want to tone up, my arms and legs. so it is difficult!

I did feel better.

and the tradmill as well. 5 min warm up.

 

did say how much I did weigh. which is 7st 2, 3 pounds.

which htere is a few people that weigh what I do. I saw in a magazine. not a celeb who weighs the same. and she was happy about that. should I be concerned???????????????
