There was a crime novel set there, was it called "Exit Yellow and Red" or similar? Back in the day, not by Danuta Reah! Some of the action was consequent on coppers meeting in the Mall boozer, which, in reality was non-existent. What? How did you miss the fact that Meadowhall had a pub for most of its existence?
