yet when challenged as to why he did nothing over the ten years he knew about the abuse claimed that "his professionals told him they were on top of it"

sorry Roger if you were leader "who got things done" and "we all worked together" then 10 YEARS was way too long to accept "we're on top of it" as an excuse.

 

And if everyone else was lying as you claimed when challenged about the claims of bullying within the council then surely the same people were lying to you about "been on top of it"
