El Cid
Just had a print out from a medical that I did in March. My blood pressure was 102/62 Just wondering if anyone else has had a medical, I think everyone over 40 should be due one from their GP.

It may seem a bit low to us but that may be a normal reading for you, youve probably less chance of having a heart attack or stroke than someone with higher blood pressure. The first number Systolic is the highest reading of your heart beating, the second number diastolic is the lowest reading of your heart when its relaxing between beats. ? cressida
I'm due to have a blood pressure reading, a few years ago I had taken a Q10 tablet before I went and the doctor was shocked to find how much lower my b.p. was
