The aim is to interview and record people's memories of Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and the country's history. The purpose of this is to create an archive of oral history that will interest both the general public and academics. I am particularly interested in Sheffield during the war, the steel and mining industries and political activism. I would be really interested in hearing your stories, and it would be great if you got in touch.
