the harassment is hard to explain. they are not coming to my house they are harassing me in other forms but i have lots of evidence pf this also

i cant go into much detail without my identity being revealed.

Try google for harassment advice. There are lots of groups who are able to support you. To give you an idea of the situation let your friends and relatives know what you are going through as talking about the problem makes you rationalise it. You will then spot any irrational thoughts that you or this person has and then work out a plan to challenge them.
