rossyrooney
:o We've scored 4.......:banana: Not just a win but it certainly helps our goal difference if it comes to a fight for sixth place. A satisfactory result all round, well done lads.
CorkerSWFC
Play offs just about guarenteed now, it best be I've had 50 quid on you to go up through them I called it a "law of averages bet"

CorkerSWFC
You put £50 for us to go up via the Play Offs? Indeed so has my mate who's a Blades fan.
rossyrooney
Missing the game tonight as I'm ill and we go and bag 2 in the first half, typical You've got to feel sorry for Robbie, it must be the first time that he hasn't tipped United to score four:hihi:

byeo
I never saw a 4-0 coming that's for sure. I was expecting another 1-0/2-1 type game. Well done United, keep it up.

I hope that I'm wrong Alison, but I have a sneaky feeling that you wont be having to write it too often.
mjw47
I never saw a 4-0 coming that's for sure. I was expecting another 1-0/2-1 type game. Well done United, keep it up. The thing is that I don't think Scunthorpe were any worse than Port Vale, it's just that we played in a more convincing manner, let's hope it continues like that. Knowing our lot that's a hope more than an expectation!
canadablade
Since 2008 there has been 11 League meetings between the Blades and Iron. Scunthorpe have won 5 , these all being in the Championship. United have won 2 these being in League 1. The other 4 resulted in draws. Since 2011/12 United are unbeaten in the last 5 meetings between the two, winning 2 and drawing the other 3. So the general consensus that Scunthorpe are the Blades bogey team only applied during their Championship meetings. The Blades have turned that around by being unbeaten in their last 5 meetings. A well contested close match is expected tonight. Im sure I speak for all DEM BLADES when I say thank you for your in depth research about bogey teams. I cant wait for your in depth prediction for the Crewe match , In fact I wonder if Nigel Clough himself read you pre match analysis and figured out a system to beat our bogey team :hihi:
