Ha3el
We've a 53 plate vectra C, Our fob for it has completely died/discintigrated/broken and being quoted £150 - £165 to replace and reprogram it everywhere we've asked. As there is other things wrong with the car it's really not worth paying that out just for a new key. Problem is that every time we unlock the door manually with the key, the alarm is being set off, until the key goes in the ignition which does disable it. Is there an easy way just to disable the alarm all together so this isnt a problem? sure the neighbours will be getting sick of it, not bothered about the remote part of key at this point just want to stop the alarm from sounding every time Thanks

Ha3el
Thanks truman, I'd not heard of that so will look into it alchresearch, even with the code the key is too expensive (those quotes were assuming we have the code in the book already) but ty
