*_ash_* Posted April 29, 2017 Share Posted April 29, 2017 I think you'll find most of the black smoke being reported on this thread is being attributed to Hackney carriages (taxies) not private hire vehicles. before you try changing the story and diverting things away from your strawmans... Would like to know where lots of taxis in Sheffield get them tested! Easy.. they're called 'pass for cash' garages. to which I replied that Sheffield taxis are tested by SCC. Keep up. btw.
