skinz
everyone already knows about inequality So? If they did they may not understand the extent or ramifications of those inequalities. As we 'ALL' already know, what would be the point of a poor person telling us? or in fact anyone telling us? Because you assume everyone knows, that somehow is a given that everyone understands. What is the point of you posting as a female when we all know you are a male? Although all may know that, some may not understand. Inequality like faking gender is complex, but both are open to debate as complexities regardless of your stature or status.

Do you think that being rude and abusive will silence people that have opinions that you don't share?

Berberis
If mother Teresa (came back to life first and) endorsed the BNP, would that make them any less unsavoury? Likewise if Rose West came out in support of the Greens, would that make them somehow evil? Celebrety endorsments mean nothing. Look at Martin Freeman who has so publicly supported the Labour party. Until they find out his partner went bankrupt and walked away from her £120,000 tax bill. Only then to post on twitter "____ the tories" (I cant post what she did wrte as that would be a breach of the T&C's of SF). This article has a screenshot of her post: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/labour/11504745/Hobbit-star-Martin-Freemans-partner-says-f-the-Tories.html

Hypnotised by Ed? Or promised some sort of lucrative position in the future? :suspect:

L00b
And there I was thinking the new messiah was going to lead us all into a revolution:rolleyes: This is very strange behavior indeed:suspect: Was he threatened? Hypnotised by Ed? Or promised some sort of lucrative position in the future? :suspect: There's a precedent in France. Much more about this here, if you grab your Google Translate. You might be surprised at the 'parallels' Coluche was orders of magnitude 'bigger' than Russell Brand (with the French population, relative to RB with the British population) as an establishment-annoyer at the time. 16% voting intentions (for him as a President) at the time, for context that's about par, if not better than, voting intentions for UKIP now. He was eventually pressurised (by the establishment of course) into abandoning his candidacy and to appeal for a vote to the Socialists ('Labour'). Remaining very much the establishment-annoyer and getting ever more popular with his soup kitchens (has Russel Brand done anything like les Restos du Coeur?) and professional acting, he was killed 5 years later in a bike accident under never-fully-elucidated circumstances. Could have been a genuine accident, just like it could have been a black bag job...Mitterrand proved that he was not above or beyond using these, far from it. Remember the Rainbow Warrior? I have no doubt at all that behind the fake Cheshire cat smiles, fake PR shots trying to look like someone living on the breadline, building walls with the local brickies, and holding random babies for the paid paparazzi, that there lies a more sinister character that can and will do almost anything to reach their political goal. Lets be honest,it probably wouldn't be too hard to bump RB off and pass it off as an overdose...you heard it here first Either way,he sold out for one reason or another.
