Phanerothyme Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 About a fortnight ago I saw four lads belting up Sheldon Road on foot carrying a couple of bottles of Bourbon or Scotch each. Tesco staff & security (all of them it seemed) in hot pursuit, but significantly heavier and slower. But they were making off with £150 worth of stock for thrills and spills. The thieves were clearly elated. People don't get chased for kit kats or loaves of bread, t'aint worth it. But 8 bottles of premium spirits at £25 a pop? Betcha!
