Obviously ive looked on the internet and the usual Places but I'd like people's personal opinions she's tried a few already but they didn't really suit as she's quite advanced, 1st dan to be exact and lot of clubs don't compete it's just training and quite a few are just in boxercise type format and she's very hands on and wants to get stuck in any ideas would be appreciated thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
