Fair amendment to discipline policy?

Recommended Posts

"Firstly", the concept of innocent until proven guilty applies to criminal law, not civil or employment law.

However, this does sound dodgy. What is the exact wording of the change?

I'm not sure on the exact wording. I've suggested that he go speak to an employment solicitor for a proper legal view but to me it seems highly illegal to have such a clause in any policy that is required to comply with laws governing employment.
