carboy42 Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 I am trying to find a mortgage calculator that shows you the interest paid and capital repayment as a month by month view over the full term. Most you can only put in the amount borrowed and interest rate and length of the mortgage and it gives you the monthly repayment. all fine and dandy. but as the interest decreases over the term with you paying it off you end up paying more capital later on over the life of it. I am trying to find a calculator that shows this. I found one months ago and can't find it anymore. So if anyone has a link to one that would be great.
