The Former A.R.Heathcotes Site.

Went down Sidney Street today noticed that the Heathcotes factory is getting in a right state now. The office section has a tree out of one of the windows and has now fallen down onto the pavement, it has fencing around but if you go to the back of the Niche nightclub its possible to enter the site. What I saw though the gaps in the fencing revels a flying tipping paradise,used needles and beer cans everywhere plus tons of household rubbish its truly a site to behold. Feel sorry for the offices that have to overlook this site ,what are the plans for this site as the factory looks half demolished as its getting more dangerous something will have to be done ?
