Sufc2012 Posted April 19, 2015 Share Posted April 19, 2015 hi there i own a very nice but old Barbour A7 international jacket in black however in recent years the colour has started to fade and is now a very very dark green i have tried barbour own wax and nikwax they get the jacket looking black when wet but when dry its still a dark green is there any way of getting my jacket black again i hope there is as its in stunning condition and is over 40 years old !! Unfortunately Barbour Jackets have got a bit overpriced (for what they are) in recent years and, in my opinion, are only 'OK' despite the Barbour name. There are plenty of second hand ones on, for instance, the Oxfam website and plenty of a similar quality, new, at about half the new price. Don't waste any more money on it !
