Shiesh
Bought a heavy art deco mirror from the B&M store at Drakehouse but when I've come to hang it i'm completely baffled how to safely hang it. There's no D rings/strap hangers just a weak looking cross type hole/peg system on the back?? Has anyone seen this before and what kinda fixings should be used?? Pic attached... mirror back
mafya
Try one of these, the head should fit the cross catch thing on the mirror imo = http://www.toolstation.com/m/part.html?p=12879
liza D
Very carefully;) I had the same problem a few years ago. You can buy "mirror plates" that you screw to the back of your mirror. Press mirror to the wall, mark holes on the plates, place mirror away from wall. Drill, plug and the fix mirror to wall. Best with two people. DO NOT try using hooks and wire when hanging. Or drill into your mirror. Good luck. Edited April 20, 2015 by liza D
