JPCarrington Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Seems very much to be the absolute tiniest trust-based attempted sticking plaster on a fundamentally broken system of election. Although the final motivation is admirable (that of lowering the number of wasted votes), the number of people who have had no effect on the immediate outcome of the election is still highly likely to be the same as 2010 around or above ~55%.
