Caterer doing mini burgers etc in sheff

Hi, I'm organising an event for around 500 people in the city centre and we will be providing a buffet. The venue I have in mind doesnt do food or have a kitchen that I'm aware of, so I'm looking for an outside caterer.

The profit from the event will go to charity so we are trying to keep costs to a minimum. Does anyone know a good caterer that could do food at around of £5 a head? I'm looking for finger food, but ideally hot like mini burgers, chips, hot dogs etc.

In previous years, buffets have not been substantial enough so I'd want to know what 1 person's effective portion would be.
