ricgem2002
Where tf do you get this rubbish from. I'm building three two bedroom flats that weren't there before. There will be toilets and bathrooms and I shall build them to a good standard. People will want to rent them. The people I will rent to would not have built them themselves. It is a win win situation. D'oh. I've fallen for it haven't I? You're trolling aren't you? can I rent one on my zero hour contract
RonJeremy
For the avoidance of doubt, could you please confirm "toilets" plural? Not 1 toilet for all 3 2-bedroom apartments, right? Nothing like the nightmare described by chem1st? I think I know what you meant... just for the avoidance of doubt, you understand? You can confirm correctly. Each will have its own bathroom and toilet. I only rent out flats that I would be happy with myself. In fact Some may have two bathrooms. They are not expensive mostly but neither are they slums by any stretch. I am afraid they won't have a garden - no room at all. The can go to the park though. RonJeremy
can I rent one on my zero hour contract Yes. Of course. Do you have good references? Are you retired and want a bit of extra income? They are in S6. If you're genuinely interested. Actually I'll have no trouble letting to decent people. ---------- Post added 23-05-2015 at 08:18 ---------- OK, let's not go on a flight-of-fancy now... you've got to keep it believable. I meant toilets, but came out with an Americanism by accident.

RonJeremy
do you accept housing benefit because my working days vary? If your previous landlord gives you a good ref and you pay. I'm happy.
poppet2
Are you retired and want a bit of extra income? You're offering a job as well? I know, you want him to build the house as well as rent it from you?
geared
You know, that really isn't anywhere remotely close to the description of any of the properties I let, nor any of the properties that I see for let. I once stayed in a YMCA that almost fits the bill, with shared bedrooms and bathrooms. Although that was in Edale and the grounds were fantastic. Like you said, I've not encountered a rental property anything like that.
