Women are certainly not equal. How is it that we still have a pay gap? What is it, 45 years since the Equal Pay Act? BBC website Any thoughts ... thanks! ubermaus Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 (edited) womens pay is overtaking mens and theres certainly more women in employment right now than men in a lot of areas, geographically, by age (women earn more than men in my age group) and in certain sectors. Other than that, women deserve complete equal rights and pay, however back in the credit crunch, stats showed that men were losing their jogs much faster then women.
