He was born in England Yes but like so many inventions it took a Yank like Gates to get it up and running. The web would have become established even without Bill Gates and in fact already was when he jumped on the bandwagon with IE. They voted in a general election that they didn't want Miliband in charge of that union. There are one or two round here that did and haven't quite got to grips with the facts yet.
