Vegas1
Can the thread title be changed please, I can't imagine the AA's legal department would be very chuffed.
RonJeremy
I think anyone with even half a brain realises that this is not a scam and their legal dept will realise this.

RonJeremy
Calling it a scam is still libellous. It is probably. I'm just saying that it is unlikely they will follow it up.

discodown
Yes it is. But I suppose it's like buying insurance really. You're insuring against breaking down. But if you've already broken down then I assume they are charging you an emergency call-out charge, as at the time you broke down you were not a member. Exactly so. When my boiler broke down I called British Gas for emergency cover, they charged me for a callout and then charged me for cover. Its not a scam its paying for what is required
charmer
Mod Note: Added a question mark to the thread title....Oh and an exclamation mark! Pete It is still libellous. You should change it to AA charged me for a service they provided.

Cyclone
This forum is funny. You can't tell a factual story about a company giving bad service due to libel fears, but you can accuse a national company of running a scam when they quite clearly aren't.
