It was a short clip, perhaps he pulled up just down the road a bit or perhaps a passenger let him know someone had hit him and he stopped just after the video clip finished? It was very short clip, he could have pulled up in the next available bus stop so as not to block the roads. What we do know is the cyclist did break the law and almost his neck too.
