Southey owl
Sepp Blatter is after all this time blaming politics for the Qatar and Russia votes. The Fifa president says the French and German presidents applied political pressure for the 2018 and 2022 World Cup votes. Quoting Blatter " That is the reason why we now have a World Cup in Qatar". So now he has made that statement proves he's just as guilty as the other corrupt Fifa officials for allowing it . Its just what the FBI have been wanting to hear from him. So now everyone know's Qatar were unfairly awarded the 2022 World Cup steps should be taken to have it taken away from them. "I was between the angels who were singing and the devil who was lighting the fire, but it was the angels who sang," said Blatter. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/34898229
