Emailing means you have a record. No mention of the question I asked about if they requested it back, or the fitters took it upon themselves to remove it. good result, but its never over till the fat lady sings. Give them a week and if no result, threaten to go to police on grounds of theft. And consider issuing a small claims court summons for the cost of the tank and skip hire.
