The police had already done their job by investigating and finding no case. Despite that Watson went about doing enough defamation by abusing his Parliamentary privilege that the police had to repeat the process at great expense of time and money to arrive at exactly the same conclusion. Why is the media so keen to try and discredit Tom Watson. It's really obvious to most people, but not to you apparently. Watson has discredited himself. The media is just reporting the news. Calling Watson 'Nonce Finder General' 'smirking' 'outrageous' 'insincere' - this merely from one paragraph of one report in one newspaper today - is not reporting the facts, it is aiming to influence readers against Watson and against anything Watson has to say. Most people know nothing about Watson other than what they have read. Considering he is also Jeremy Corbyn's second in command and Corbyn and his colleagues have received similar treatment, it has been seen as open season and a good opportunity to bring him down. To Warn off anyone with the inclination to try and assist the victims of VIP child abuse to Beware. The price will be Very Great. They have demonstrated that the establishment is untouchable, and can literally get away with murder. Forget about Jimmy Savile, the procurer of children to the great and the good, forget about Cyril Smith, child abuser, and all the others who have been trembling in their boots. It was a close shave this time guys, but we did it. And as an added bonus it will head off a feared and despised party who attempted to clean up politics and who wanted to restore power to the people. Job done! Oh, and while we're at it, let's bring in a bill to stop investigative journalism, (done it) and a few more secret courts for good measure... (in the pipeline...)
