Big companies not paying tax?

 

If you are running an international or other company your first responsibility is to your shareholders.

 

Clearly it is your responsibility to make the company profitable, you will also need a HQ from where you will adhere to the laws of the country where that HQ is based.

 

You would not, unless you were daft, situate the company in a high tax country.

 

It is up to international politicians to standardize taxation, it is the job of business leaders to make profits.

 

Please stop carping at business, the taxes they pay substantially support the welfare state you are so enamored of.
