top4718 Posted July 3, 2015 Share Posted July 3, 2015 The Owls obviously need forward players after last seasons lack of goals and whilst Maguire works hard he doesn't get enough goals to be an out and out striker and is not consistent enough out wide, he perhaps feels his place in the side would be seriously under threat if new (better) players come in. Spot on,added to the fact that he was one of SGs favourites alongside maghoma,how many times last season were we sat scratching our heads wondering why the hell they kept getting picked,no loss whatsoever.
