Can anyone recommend a hog roast company please?

I'm looking for pulled pork sandwiches/a hog roast for an event but there are so many companies out there that do it I don't know how to pick a good, reliable and tasty one.

 

The last thing I want is dry tasteless meat. I also want a company that source their meat responsibly and ethically please. Does anyone know a good one that could serve about 80 people and won't break the bank please?

 

They need to cover the Barnsley area too by the way. Thanks for any suggestions offered

There is an event in Dronfield on the Weekend, the Three Valleys Beer festival.

I believe a number of the pubs involved will have hog roasts.

You will be able to try them for yourself.
