wild_hare
I'm looking for pulled pork sandwiches/a hog roast for an event but there are so many companies out there that do it I don't know how to pick a good, reliable and tasty one. The last thing I want is dry tasteless meat. I also want a company that source their meat responsibly and ethically please. Does anyone know a good one that could serve about 80 people and won't break the bank please? They need to cover the Barnsley area too by the way. Thanks for any suggestions offered
feilnoster
We recently had Happy Hog's for an event and the food was very good http://www.happyhogscatering.co.uk/hog-roast-caterers/hog-roasts-sheffield/
Scozzie
There is an event in Dronfield on the Weekend, the Three Valleys Beer festival. I believe a number of the pubs involved will have hog roasts. You will be able to try them for yourself. Here is the thread - http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1368173
wild_hare
Sadly we won't be in the city this weekend I will look through the list to find out who is doing the catering and contact them directly though - thanks
