muckymurphy
is the stupidity of bingo site ads on tv getting worse or are they just trying to recruit stupid bingo gamblers? DISCUSS!.
TheRocketMan
They actually do make a good job of making it look like a fun game instead of gambling!!
Vegas1
If I want to gamble, I prefer to put some money on a few football results, or go to a casino and play blackjack. Watching random numbers appear and a computer tick them off for you is hardly my idea of "fun".
Pannie
I don't play, but each to their own. Lots of people, of all ages, enjoy playing bingo and as long as they're having fun and not getting into financial trouble by playing, I personally don't see the problem with it. Some of the adverts are a bit 'bonkers' though.

Aye - at a bingo club, which involves ticking the numbers yourself and having a few pints with friends. Nowt wrong with that. On a computer letting the computer tick the numbers off? Hmm..... Bonaparte
Online bingo ads are aimed at women as it's well known in the gaming industry that the majority of women who gamble rarely bet sports as they don't understand odds or how to work them out. Minimo
Like all betting, it is fine as long as a person knows when to stop. And remembers that they rarely win in the long term.
sheffield0
Playing bingo at the seaside and bingo halls with friends and family can be fun :-)

billybob313
Listen. I know my numbers will be up soon. The fact my house and marriage are on the line is of no concern. When I win the big one she will forgive me. And the kids will have new shoes for school. Everyone a winner!
