WasThatWise
I was parked exactly where the Volvo is.
geared
Looks to me to just be abit of pavement, I wouldn't call it anyones drive. That scabby garage type thing doesn't have a clear bit of path to the road, could be a workshop or something??
walshy dude
You R at fault if you was parked where the volvo is parked.....That in not a parking spot & you are blocking a dropped curb which is access to that garage area......I'm sure this will be mentioned in the highway code somewhere? geared
Hows it blocking access? how do you know it needs vehicular access??
walshy dude
DROPPED CURB ?....to the right of that volvo there is clear marked parking places
megalithic
Nothing at all wrong in parking there. There's still room to access the garage if needed.
WasThatWise
I agree with the dropped curb but there was access to my left if another car had not been parked there, and if you look there is access at the other side of the "grass". My suspicion is the guy wanted to park where I was parked so it was a do as I ask not as I do act to block me in.
geared
DROPPED CURB ?....to the right of that volvo there is clear marked parking places So what, there's access to that scabby garage thing from the other side. So there is no blocked access. And since there's a patch of grass in front of that garage I question if it does require vehicle access at all. DT Ralge
"I actually managed with some care to get out along the footpath" - that's also OK, then.
