If You Could Implement 3 Laws?

Recommended Posts

Only people in full time employment can request an appointment for an NHS service (excluding A&E obviously). Everyone else such as the unemployed, students, senior citizens etc can use the NHS on a first come first served (deli-counter style) system. They will still receive the same standard of treatment but should expect a bit of a wait.

This will free up appointments and make the appointments run to time, allowing tax paying employees to get back to work (funding the NHS) and at the same time improving national productivity.

You'll end up having a ten month waiting list to see a midwife!

If someone was about to give birth then this would be classed as an emergency, which I have already covered.

For a routine mid pregnancy check up then they should turn up early and take a ticket.

*Fines for wilfully not picking up litter immediately in front of your house over a prolonged period of time. (exceptions made for the elderly, disabled and those who live next to busy shops and bus stops etc).

*All news media, social media and print news press must provide neutral unbiased facts without any spin or agenda.

*A complete end to just any tom dick and harry breeding dogs of any kind.

Wh not just stop Dick;)

Mine are:

1) Create a law stating all cars are to drive with lights OFF during the daylight hours, instead of these ridiculous LED daytime lights etc...

2) All long term unemployed peeps to be moved to closed 'communes' where they can be closely monitored and given training in areas of work that suit their abilities. Once they have a job and back on their feet, they can move back into normal society. (This would include behavioural tutoring too if required).

3) All current bank holidays to be cancelled (apart from Xmas) and instead short notice bank holidays will be decided upon during the summer when long weekends of hot sunshine are forecast, thereby guaranteeing good weather during bank holiday weekends!

Oh, and just in case I win the bonus law no. 4.... :D

4) All holiday destinations to be made to charge the same prices all year round, regardless of school holidays. No more hiking prices up during half terms etc.

Stop estate agents advertising things as "suitable for young professionals"

Have working class areas ,so working class people could be safe from Yp's

Force Students to do proper work.

They're very silly. How would you enforce them? What qualifies as working class & young professional?

Well, if we're being silly and just making laws that address our personal bugbears

All drivers to have to cycle a minimum of 30 hrs a year.

All drug use decriminalised, the more harmful to be given on prescription if a GP diagnoses someone as an addict.

Proportional representation via constitutional reform to be enacted before the next election.
