If You Could Implement 3 Laws?

Recommended Posts

One. Make all local pro football teams play at least five players born within 20 miles of the club.

Two . Make all school children go to a local school that can be reached within a 30 minute walk [saving millions on unnecessary travel and fuel.

Three any one using a mobile phone when driving would be sentenced to 12 months in prison without time out for good behaviour .

I would extend your first, the rest must have lived in the area for at least ten years.

Your second to include public sector employees.

And add.

Private sector employers should employ the person living closest to the workplace as long as they are suitable for the job. So if they short list 5 and they are all suitable, the closest and not the best should be employed.

The government should be duty bound to provide everyone in need of money, with a job that pays the amount they need.

And when would they actually SEEK a job?

168 hours in a week - 30 - 56 for sleep = 82 which can be used for looking for work and leisure.

Just coincidence that everywhere that has ever tried to control religion and personal belief happens to be run by an evil dictator and are the worst possible places on the planet to live. I think not.

But unable to actually seek work. Which is what we want them to do, since it's job SEEKERS allowance.

North Korea is one of the 'the happiest places on Earth' while U.S. is the lowest. :)

t's official, North Korea is one of the 'the happiest places' to live in the world, but only according to country's own regime.

Yes, that's why North Koreans regularly risk being shot in order to escape.

communism

A system of social organization in which all property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs.

No but it doesn't sound that bad, I wouldn't stop individuals from owning property, but I would stop them owning substantially more property than they need if owning it impacts adversely on other members of the community.

1) A strict separation of religion from government. Religion should be a personal matter - and government should play no part in promoting, funding, privileging or favouring one religion above another. e.g. just because MPs may like playing golf, doesn't mean everyone should be forced to play golf. Neither does it mean golfers and golfing institutions should be given tax breaks and special privileges in society while non-golf players are denied those same rights and privileges. Same for religion.

2) An end to faith schools and coerced/forced worship in schools. Schools should be secular and play no part in indoctrinating children with divisive and sectarian religious beliefs.

3) Ban hard-plastic-sealed packaging. Pain in the backside to get into.
