Obelix
I've just read the paperwork fully and noticed that the cheeky bleeder should have paid me £105 and he's took off the £20 he gave me as an apology for the inconvenience ages ago in order for me to buy a pint..... (it in the original thread somewhere - he came round a few days after it and pressed me to take £20. Then sued. Muppet). Wonder if I should enforce the will of the Court for a giggle.... geared
Did you take pictures and stuff at the time of the accident to show what happened?? If you have a nice one of his bike squished under your trailer then get it blown up and frame it with the 85 quid.

If the settlement says £105 and he's not paid that, he's in breach of it and you should be able to go for summary judgement. Whatever he paid you before he issued proceedings is irrelevant. The settlement is about you not countersuing his @ss into orbit, nowt to do with any earlier payment in kind (and about which he may not have any evidence, either ) Edited June 10, 2015 by L00b

It must've been a London pint Glad that you got the right result (apart from the £20).
