You're losing the plot a bit here with the kind of language you're using. There is an important point underlying what you are saying though, and that is within weeks the influx of refugees towards the Balkans will start again. Forget last year this is going to be the biggest policy challenge the EU has ever faced. The will seems to be growing to defend the borders but within months we are going to see tens or maybe hundreds of thousands of refugees stacked up waiting to enter the EU.
