L00b
Well obviously you need a certain bit of schooling to understand what the four riders of the apocolypse are ( can you name them without using Google ) and I forgot that in this day and age schooling tends to be a poor shadow of its former self.Quality!!! :hihi: Especially when we're to blameEnough of this white guilt bullcrap already. It's no more 'our' fault than theirs. If we hadn't gone in, Saddam, Gadhafi and consorts would still run their joints (and, I daresay, the level of human suffering and atrocity would be an order of magnitude or 10 below across the region, still). But it would somehow be our fault that we did not help these populations rid themselves of dictatorial oppression. As we have gone in (and even where we haven't, or just armed, or lobbed a few bombs for the benefit of, the 'good' non-dictatorial side), the populations have since shown themselves incapable of functioning on a stable socio-economic and democratic model similar to the West's come-what-may, because Tribalism. Still it's our fault somehow. In that context, liberal-handwringing-lefty types should finally s**t or get off the pot: do they want the West to stop 'interfering' (in which case Zamo is right indeed) or not (in which case reasons for 'blaming' will simply endure)? Which is it? Edited May 10, 2016 by L00b

sutty27
You might not even get the car mats, as the deal (particularly in relation to in work benefits) could be struck down by the ECJ. Even worse, change of mind based on a crappy deal that might not even come to fruition.
L00b
STEALING Iraq's oil ANYONE???? :rant:Yes, ISIS is doing some of that indeed, with Turkey's complicity, thankfully it's small-scale stuff. But if your comical ranting post was meant to suggest that the US and Coalition partners have been "stealing" Iraq's oil, have a look at this. Iraq is the world's third largest oil exporter, behind Saudi Arabia and Russia, and is expected to produce 3.6 million barrels of oil per day during 2013. Output before the US-led invasion was about 2.8 million barrels a day. The country stands to earn almost $5 trillion in revenues from oil export by 2035, an average of $200bn a year, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA).
