Any thing extra you will pay for.Your washer has the price inflated to cover this. Bet its not a hotpoint indiset or similar make which you can buy at John Lewis or B and Q. After 5 years your washer is worth nothing. I beg to differ - the secondhand value of a 5 year old Miele is considerable. You will be able to buy on E/B thats 2 year old not 5 for £70. Nothing in life is free . Perhaps you will give us the make and model and how much you payed for it so we can all buy one with a free 10 year guarantee. Where did I say it was "free" Or was that a strawman you made up? Bex - can you give us the model number of the fridge so people can check if there is a common fault that might have an easy fix?
