Come and join us for a sit down 4 course vegan supper made where possible with local, seasonal and organic produce grown by Sheffield and Yorkshire market gardeners and cooked by the lovely people from Make No Bones & Blackfish.org.

Kohlrabi & Carrot Fritters with a Salsa Verde & Avocado Cream.

 

Caesar Salad with Marinated Tempeh Grilled Purple Broccoli & Chard.

 

Sage, Sorrel & Squash Cannelloni with Tofu Ricotta accompanied by a Warm Potato & Spinach Salad.

 

Mixed Summer Berry & Almond Cheesecake Tarte with Vanilla Coconut Ice-Cream.

 

 

The event will as always take place at Regather Works - a vibrant social action and community centre located in the historic Little Sheffield neighbourhood of Sheffield.

 

Following the meal there will be a short presentation and Q & A session with guest speakers about vegetarian growing/cooking and sustainable local food systems.
