Cyclone Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 i dont think its fair that royal mail decide when to pay ompansation i think it should be somone from outside of royal mail i would bet that only 5per cent get anything So threaten to take court action against them, they'll probably change their mind quickly enough. area 51 Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Ive had quite a few items go missing that i bought from amazon and they were all via royal mail.The good thing about amazon is that i got my money back.Strangely enough the items that went missing were high quality gadgets.
