Join us as we celebrate our very own This Girl Can Sheffield campaign with our Get Active event that’s all about you, the girls and women of Sheffield (oh and your kids if childcare’s the only reason you can’t come along!)

 

Totally focused on getting women active, there are some great things happening and it’s all absolutely FREE!

 

Try out a new class! We have three brand new classes for you to try out. For those of you in the know the classes are brought to you by Les Mills. For those who aren’t in the know, please don’t be put off by that. Les Mills classes are innovative, fun and will leave you feeling great. The classes are:

 

- Sh’Bam

- Body Vive

- Body Balance

 

• Fitness Testing and Exercise Advice
  
• Fitness Unlimited Offer – sign up on the day and we’ll reward you
  
• Entry into our prize draw to win an Ipad Mini or £50 SIV Gift Card
  
• Create your own healthy drink – have a go on one of our Fitness Unlimited smoothie bikes and enjoy your very own fruity creation
  
• Activities to keep the kids entertained – don’t let childcare be a barrier to coming along. We've plenty of activities to keep them entertained including like hula hoop games, bean bag throws and table tennis games (11am - 2pm)
