This is, of course Tramlines. The inner city festival that has been growing bigger since 2009 Every year Soyo has annually been one of the cities most popular venues. Our capacity weekend programming doesn't look like slowing down for this years festival. ★★FREE ENTRY ALL WEEKEND★★ No wristband required for the weekend ✯✯Friday✯✯ Love You (8pm-4am) Easily the best start to a regular weekend - never mind a Tramlines one. Resident DMK plays the very best 90s/00s R&B, Hip Hop and House. ✯✯Saturday✯✯ The Very Special Event - SOUL TIME (4PM-8PM) The Godfathers of the Northern Soul scene - DJs Tony B and 7 inch Soul. Playing Northern Soul & and Modern Soul Oldies - Soul Time will be one hell of a party. Grandé (8pm - 4am) By far the best regular Saturday night in South Yorkshire not just Sheffield brings a Tramlines special all the way till 4am. Resident Sandy Turnbull provides the sound track to this special Grandé. House, Funk, Soul and Disco is on the main room agenda. In Yo Bar Stevie Wonder plays 90s/00s and Smooth R&B. ✯✯Sunday✯✯ SOYO LIVE vs The Speakeasy (4pm - Midnight) The two time Exposed awarding winning night is back for a one off spacial teaming up with The Speakeasy. Twice SOYO LIVE was named best night in the whole city bringing vibrant live music to the city every Monday night. With the likes of The Book Club, Mabel Love, Little Lost David, Jake Flowers Band, Hey Sholay, Nicola Bear (Ibiza Rocks) and Steve Edwards - Lords Of The Flatbush all Gracing the Soyo Live stages. For this spacial one night only resurrection for Soyo Live we team up with The Speakeasy. Hull's finest acoustic promoters. The Speakeasy having been bringing their own Greenwich Village style musical mash up the length of the country with regular parties in London, Leeds, York, Sheffield and Hull.
